KAO Brand

The KAO Brand was founded by Mr. Tomiro Nagase in 1887, and it was first called Nagase Shoten, but would later become Kao. Ever since 1887 the company has been creating many different operations all over the world. 

The Kao group developed its consumer product business into four different fields of business: Hygiene and Living Care, Health and Beauty care, Life Care, and Cosmetics. With these four different fields, Kao strives to create a world where all life can coexist and flourish. They consider sustainability as the only path forward and as a company, they are dedicated to protecting future generations by aiming to make a positive impact on everyday life, society, and the planet.
