Welcome to EarthTurns
Cedarwood has a mild, sweet, woodsy scent that reminds some people of a freshly sharpened pencil. Mosquitoes, moths, woodworms, and other insects dislike the sweet Cedarwood smell, so it makes a perfect repellent. Cedarwood and citronella can be found in some commercial repellents. Years ago, Egyptians used cedarwood as a repellent and they used it in mummification process.
