I used to buy supplements that were specifically bromelain, or amylase, etc. Some of the digestive enzymes I used to buy had a few blends, like 2 or 3, but Fundamental Enzymes has 8 different enzymes. I stopped taking 3 other enzyme supplements and only take this one now.
