Ice can’t compete against desert high temps. When you realize the package sits in a hot truck for 8 hours before for it’s dropped at my front door. Package was very warm and so was the IntraMax. Now I’m concerned about the product quality. I wish that it was available in stores.

Too small to manage hemp oil bottles shipped. If an item requires ice paks, it should require 1 day shipping. Haven't needed that in the past, but not happy with expenditure for something that was a wet lump.

My first order to this company and I was impressed when I opened my box up. They had actually read my note when I purchased a product that I was concerned about heat temperatures in my state (Texas). They had wrapped my items and included an ice pack to keep the items cooler! I have to say, I've never encountered any company actually caring the way this company did for my items! My vitamens were sent free shipping and.got here in 2 days which is awesome,.but with the temps in the high ninties and heat index over 100 the vitamens still got warm maybebdry ice or overnight or stock up before summer
