I take Niacin for Cholesterol. It has not changed the total number but it has raised the good Cholesterol to the desired level.

Time Release Niacin Works Great

I've used the Dee Cee Labs time release niacin for several years. It works great for me and with EarthTurns.com quantity discounts, I get my niacin at a great price. I use it mostly for circulation problems. I have difficulty with circulation when it is cold outside. I guess you call that Raynads or something like that. But all I know is this works for me.
