    I have used this product for about 5 years to stabilize cartilage loss in my knee and hip. Using DC Labs Glucosamine (Formula 719) has stabilized the condition, and I have more hip and knee function now than before I started with the DC Labs Glucosamine.

    My chiropractor recommends this product. I have taken it for many years twice a day. There are pro's and con's as to the effectiveness of Glucosamine and chondroitin. I can not take chondroitin. It actually causes joint pain for me. The Glucosamine alone works great. I take other things along with the glucosamine for joint pain when needed. I am hoping the glucosamine is doing some good.
