DC Labs Fiber Tabs is a fiber supplement that is made with natural oat bran. Oat bran has numerous benefits for your body and health. Oat bran is a wonderful way to promote regularity in the digestive system, help reduce the risk of heart disease, and help with diabetes. DC Labs Fiber Tabs is a great way to get all the benefits that are associated with oat bran.

Oat Bran and Constipation

Constipation can be annoying and daunting. Oat bran is one of the best natural ways to improve bowel movements. Oat bran soaks up water in the stomach, and this adds mass to the stool and softens it. This can lead to easier bowel movements, and make bowel movements more frequent and consistent.

Oat Bran and the Cardiovascular System

Oat bran contains beta-glucan, which can lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels. Fiber attaches itself to cholesterol rich bile, and fiber helps to dispose of it. The fiber in oat bran also helps to block the absorption of cholesterol. This can lead to numerous benefits for the heart and cardiovascular system. Less cholesterol reduces the amount of plaque that can clog arteries, and in turn this lowers blood pressure. Oat bran is a great way to help reduce the risk of heart disease.

Oat Bran and Diabetes

Oat bran can increase insulin sensitivity, which helps to remove sugar from the blood. Oat bran can also help to regulate blood sugar after meal time. It does this by slowing down the digestion of carbohydrates, which reduces the speed at which sugar enters the blood. Blood sugar spikes after meal time can be dangerous to a diabetic, but oat bran may help reduce the spikes in blood sugar.

Oat Bran and Weight Loss

Fiber is filling. Oat bran doesn't directly make the body lose weight, but it makes the stomach feel full for longer periods of time. As oat bran is digested it absorbs water in the stomach and becomes bulky. This makes the stomach feel like it has consumed much more food than it actually has. Fiber is also digested at a very slow pace, so there is a longer period of time before the body is hungry again.

Fiber is important to the way the digestive system functions. It can help reduce the occurrence of constipation, and it can promote cardiovascular health. It also can help to regulate blood sugar levels and weight loss. Oat bran is an important source of fiber, and DC Labs Fiber Tabs is an easy and effective way to get your daily requirements for fiber.

DC Labs Fiber Tabs is made in America to ensure quality, purity, and safety.

Fast turn around on my order, great product. As a doctor, I am concerned about nutritional supplements made outside the USA and not in manufacturing facilities that meet FDA criteria. I know my supplements are made here in the USA and are high quality products
