ARNICA:	Studies at The University of California San Francisco Medical Center have revealed that the applying Arnica topically is very effective at reducing swelling, edema, bruising and contusions.
BOSWELLA:	Act as an anti-arthritic and anti-inflammatory in both acute and chronic inflammation. Boswella also helps to decrease swelling and increase mobility.
EUCALYPTUS:	Is a natural pain reliever that has antibacterial and warming properties.
ILEX:	Effectively reduces swelling and loosens stiff joints, thereby reducing pain.
MENTHOL:	By activating the cold receptors in the skin, it causes a cold sensation. Menthol also acts as to provide pain relief and has anti-inflammatory properties.
MSM:	Creates a tingling sensation on the skin. It is a natural substance and nutrient in joints and healthy tissue. Studies have shown it to provide anti-inflammation and local analgesia.

Directions
