- Coconut water (can substitute filtered water) 1 cup
- Fresh pineapple chunks 2 cups
- Ripe Hass avocado, peeled and pitted 1/2 of whole
- Fresh kale, washed and patted dry 2 cups
- Ice cubes 1/2 cup
