Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  At EarthTurns.com, most orders are shipped the same day they are placed if ordered before 4PM EST.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site, then click "Review orders / track packages" to check whether an order has shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site, then click "Change quantities / cancel orders" to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You can try calling us at 1-800-507-3604 to determine if we can edit or stop the shipment.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site, then click "Review orders / track packages" to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered", but you have not received it, please contact customer service via email or phone for assistance. Click Here for contact information.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Most items are never on backorder. EarthTurns.com receives new shipments of products on a daily basis. If we are out of stock, we will have your item drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

An item may be on backorder if the manufacturer is out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or phone to provide a shipping date.
