    My brain won't let go. 5-HTP helps to calm my brain. I go to sleep better when I take it before bed, along with calcium and DC labs magnesium/potassium complex

    I have been taking this product for almost 3 years. I have problems falling asleep at night so I take this before going to bed and I sleep like a baby!
