it makes me sleepy without knocking me out. i dont feel groggy in the morning. good product. i dont think its quite strong enough for major insomnia though.

I have had a difficult time sleeping. I tried Vaxa Nite-Rest and use it often. The best dosage for me was taking 1 capsule 1/2 hour before bed, then another 1-2 when I lay down. It took about 4 days of consecutive use to kick in and ever since it works like a charm! I love it because I don't wake up groggy. Best sleep product I've ever used!
