Used before with good results. Taken daily along with L'Arginine seems to be a good combination for me after having prostate surgery. I still take the "little blue pill" but it really gives it a boost!

This product works well. My only issue with products containing yohimbe is they make me extremely hungry, thirsty, and I have this strange residual feeling. I guess it's from the dilation. All in all it's a good product just not for me.

If you are getting up there in age and still want to impress your lady with 20 something excitement and stamina this product works great. More energy when it counts!!
