Just took a 5 day trip to California - I followed the directions on the bottle throughout my flight there and throughout my trip. I've also been taking it while home and I feel great! Everyone else who went with me is still on
"west coast time", while I am happily re-adjusting being home and surprisingly sleeping well.

Wow, I went to France, expecting to get jet lag and have an awful time. Instead, a friend told me about TravelEase on EarthTurns, and I used it with some skepticism. Boy, did it work for me. I enjoyed my vacation fully. What a great natural jet lag remedy.
