I am a massage therapist, and was looking for a topical analgesic, I tried several others and have to say Sombra Cool and warm Therapy cream is the Best! My clients love it! We now call it, "The Magic Cream"

Customer Service/ Sombra therapy

The Customer Service is excellent. I ordered products by phone, delivered in a few days, but alas, they sent the cool Sombra instead of warm Sombra. My phone call was answered by a human, who listened to the problem, took a few moment to check, and then returned to say,"We will send you the correct order. Just give the incorrect items to someone." I had expected to need to mail original delivery back to them for an exchange. Instead I was able to share a favorite product, Sombra, with friends and enjoy a 'no hassle' correction Thank you, Earth Turns.
