I received the package within 2 days. Fast service! As direction, it says take one tablet three times daily. My hair, skin, and nails, they have not shown yet. I took one tablet on Sunday and Tuesday. So, I would probably see my nails grow first then I know my hair grow at the same time. If my hair gets less breakage then I know it works. Too soon to tell but maybe it takes a few weeks or so. This product is better than the other product at the store because of natural ingredients do not harm my health.
