Most excellent vitamin, mineral food source with excellent aborsorption! It keeps me feeling great along with my healthy diet.... I take as directed and split doseage 2X for max effect for my body.

This is an expensive, but I believe, quality product that seems more bioavailable than other forms. It is comprehensive so I don't take lots of other supplements. Remember to take on an empty stomach and drink water. I also use IntraKid for my children. Read directions for administering.

Excellant nutrition but the bottle always drips and not very easy to travel with if you have no refrigeration. I will look for another form.
