Having just started using this I can't comment on the long term use, but seems to be a very complete content of vitamins. Flavor is palatable (had some I just couldn't drink). Organic is a plus. The body should utilize these vitamins well and not just send them down the drain (toilet).

I was very please at the promptness of the shipment of my order. I ordered on a Sat and received it on a Monday, at Christmas time no less. I have used the product and was looking for a source to get it. You had free shipping. I will be ordering from you again
