Read the ingredient labels! Compare this to your everyday store bought vitamins. In my opinion, Irwin Naturals puts quality ingredients in their vitamins. I also bought the Living Green Liquid Gel Multi for Women.

My husband and I used to take a ton of vitamins every day until we found these. Now, we only take these (there's a men and a women's version) 3 x per day with meals as instructed and feel just as good if not better.

I have been taking vitamins for years. A friend told me about EarthTurns and Men's Liquid-Gel multiple vitamins. I've been taking it for about 2 months now.

I've noticed several changes that I'm very happy with. My energy levels are the best they've been in years. I feel as though I'm thinking more clearly...and this is the first winter, I didn't get a cold. So far, I'm very pleased.
