Shake before use.

Place two droppers-full (2ml) under the tongue, and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.

This assures quick and complete absorption.

Do not take with heart or blood pressure medications. If pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before taking. If you had an organ transplant, do not take. Do not take with immunosuppression drugs, or Digoxin.
