I Love Nite-Rest! |

I have had a difficult time sleeping. I tried Vaxa Nite-Rest and use it often. The best dosage for me was taking 1 capsule 1/2 hour before bed, then another 1-2 when I lay down. It took about 4 days of consecutive use to kick in and ever since it works like a charm! I love it because I don't wake up groggy. Best sleep product I've ever used!

Falling asleep & staying asleep |

I am not happy at all with this product. I took 2 capsules 1/2 hour before retiring, as the instructions stated. It took about 1/2 - 1 hour to fall asleep. I slept fitfully for 5 hours when I got up to go to the bathroom. After that I woke up every 1/2 hour and looked at the clock. When I did get up 2 hours later, I was tired, and I had a headache. When I went to bed, I could feel my pulse racing.
