I've had severe stress for a couple of years and didn't want to take tranquilizers. I developed tension headaches and mild anxiety that had been getting worse during the past year.
A couple of months ago, a friend told me about earthturns.com and extress. I bought 2 bottles and within about 4 days, noticed a substantial decrease of my symptoms. I won't go without extress. I hope it helps you too!
