I am an absolute fan of this product! I primarily use it as face wash and granted it doesnt lather well it still gets the job done. Works great with my acne prone skin. I love and will continue to use the product!

I like that the product is chemical free, but I dislike the smell of the body wash.
It does however keep your skin feeling healthy.

Body Wash??

This was the one item in my last order I did not love. It did not lather up at all and I didn't feel like it was working. I called EarthTurns and was fortunate enough to get Customer Service Rep Jeremy. He pulled up my order and as soon as the words "I didn't like.." came out of my mouth he knew the issue. He offered to take the product back and refund my money but he also said the product makes a great face wash, but agreed it wasn't the best as a body wash. He then proceeded to make several recommendations on various products I may like more and was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and most of all he made sure I was happy when I hung up.
Great Product!
