For centuries, the ginkgo leaf extract has been used in traditional Chinese medicine. Bilberry
The active ingredients in bilberry appear to augment blood flow to blood vessels that circulate blood throughout the body. In 1988 a single-blind, placebo-controlled study of this herb included 60 patients with poor circulation and the results showed that bilberry extract decreased the participants uneasiness when taken over a period of 30 days.*
