Great for the flashes!	September 6, 2011

I have had hot flashes off and on (more 'on') for 8 years now and this is the only thing that keeps the night sweats away and the flashes to a dull roar. My son is a trainer and nutritionist and he recommended them when he saw 'the look' in my eye one day...he feared for his life!
