Chromium is the main ingredient of a biologically active complex called GTF Chromium or Glucose Tolerance Factor Chromium which is responsible for increasing the action of insulin in the body. Insulin is required to transport glucose inside the cells and maintaining normal blood sugar and blood cholesterol levels in the body.
