Years ago in my 40's I experienced a lot of uncomfortable symptoms just before my period. Now that menopause is rolling around the symptoms are back so I went in search of the product that had helped me so much in the past. I found it here and began taking it as soon as the package arrived. Almost immediately my symptoms were relieved. I'm thankful that the products is available and at a better price than I used to pay all those years ago. The only drawback is there isn't a dosage on the label. I finally remembered that my doctor told me to take 6 a day. Interestingly the company is one town over from me so now I'm wondering if they have a local store, not that it matters as shipping was free.
