I think these have reduced the headaches my son has.we have now gone through 3 bottles of them. he still has them- migraines and tension HA- but I think usually, they are less severe. sometimes I think less frequent. we only use 1 when we take them- him each morning, me ocassionally. they help me feel more focused, I think. I can tell when they wear off even at about 3 p. in the afternoon. I usually take them round 10am, there is little that has helped my kid other than a sublingual magnesium and that losses effectiveness if used too regularly, these, are good for him and may be helping the HA too. the migraspray (homeopathic spray sold here) also helped but unfortunately, then kept him awake all night following its use so that ended up being a no go for him- but, maybe it will benefit someone else out there.

Finally something that works and has changed my life!!
I have been almost "headache free" for 2 years now. Upon my neurologist's recommendation, I started taking the HeadacheFree multivitamins in May of 2011. I was very doubtful at first, but after about 6 weeks, I noticed that the frequency and the intensity of my migraines had majorly decreased.
I still get migraine headaches, but I no longer need any triptan medication to get rid of them... just a couple Advil does the trick.

All multiple vitamins I have tried in the past have given me a headache and stomach upset, due to the dyes and additives. This is the first multiple vitamin I can take that doesn't give me a headache. Also, for the past 2 years, each day upon entering my office, I develop a debilitating headache from the poor air quality. Since I have been taking the HeadacheFree multiple vitamins, I very rarely develop a headache in the office and when I do it is very mild. Others in my office are suffering from debilitating migraines and I am encouraging them to try HeadacheFree vitamins.
