I was looking for something to use as an alternative to the "super thermogenics" out there, and this is it. I take 2 caps in the morning before I go to the gym. I have no problem getting through my run and feeling great through the morning. I usually just take 1 more in the afternoon and feel good the rest of the day. Im someone who uses fat burners and such regular basis and I will continue to use this product.

I've been on diets for years. I've always had trouble getting rid of excess weight, until I tried Green Tea Fat Metabolizer. I guess it increased my metabolism. I'm now able to diet sensibly and continue to lose weight. It's hard work, but worth it.
