Q: What products do you sell?
A: We sell a full line of vitamins and supplements, as well as personal care and health and beauty products.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products, except juicers, are manufactured in the United States of America. We have been unable to find a quality juicer that is made in America. If you know of any, please let us know.
When we founded EarthTurns.com, we decided that we would sell health and beauty products that are made only in the USA! With what's been happening in the news lately about contaminated products, we are glad we took the path we did. We will NEVER sell a product that you ingest, goes on your skin, or you clean your home with that is not Made in America! People care about quality, and most of us are willing to pay a bit more to get it. American craftsmanship and pride in our work is as old as apple pie. However, many companies, in an effort to increase profits, started manufacturing and buying products from countries with less regulations. Unfortunately, as we now see, that was a big mistake. When products are made in this country, there are safeguards, standards and governmental regulations that manufacturers must comply with. For example, our Dee Cee Labs vitamins are made in an FDA approved facility in Tennessee.
Q: Where do the ingredients come from?
A: We do our best to find products with as many ingredients from the USA as possible. Most of the ingredients are from the USA, but there are a few ingredients that come from other countries. For example, Hoodia comes from a plant from South Africa and our fish oil is from wild fish caught from the Norwegian Sea. Most of the calcium comes from the US, except coral calcium which comes from reefs off the coast of Japan. There are many different B vitamins, but the majority of B vitamins come from the US. Most vitamin C comes from California citrus fruits. If the vitamin C is not from the US, it is most likely from South American citrus fruit. If you have questions on a particular product, feel free to contact us and we will assist you.
Q: Are there artificial additives, harmful chemicals, or preservatives in your products?
A: All of our products are pure and natural. We strongly believe natural health products should not contain artificial additives or harmful chemicals. We specifically choose vitamins and supplements, as well as personal care and health and beauty products that are chemical free.
Q: How can I minimize my search results when I enter key words in the search box?
A: Our search engine pulls information from product names, descriptions and key words for a particular product. The best way to minimize the number of results is to put your request in quotes. If nothing comes up, then remove the quotes. Without quotes, using vitamin e as your search term, you will get any product that has the word vitamin or e in it. So, in this case you would want to search "vitamin e". For search terms like osteoporosis, or diabetes, quotes usually aren't necessary. But, for multiple word terms, such as, high blood pressure, you would want to put it into quotes as in: "high blood pressure". Feel free to contact us if you need help finding a product.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Our shipping costs are low and simple: Shipping is $4.99 on orders below $89 and free for orders above $89.
Note: Due to extreme weight, certain products, such as gallon jugs of soap, have an additional $1.90 shipping fee.
Note: Flat-Rate and Free Shipping is only offered for United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Note: Shipping for international orders is calculated by weight and destination.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Customers may choose a specific shipping carrier and speed at checkout. If no specific carrier is selected, we will automatically choose the best shipping option based on product weight and destination. Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed if ordered by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If ordered after 4:00 p.m. EST, your order will ship the next day. We will contact you if your order will not ship within 2 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: EarthTurns.com specializes in international shipping. We offer multiple shipping options and all of our international orders are insured and have tracking/label numbers.

Q: Why won't my order go through?
A: Most often, orders will not go through because of an incorrect CVV2 number or billing address. Click here for information on CVV2 numbers. At EarthTurns.com, we have understood this from the beginning. That's why we sell only chemical-free health products.
Q. What do you mean you provide honest, ethical information? Don't other sites do that?
A: Frankly, no. There are a lot of websites trying to sell anything and everything. They are making unsubstantiated claims about products. For example, most websites selling Shark Cartilage say it can be used for cancer treatment. The research does not fully support that, and we won't make that claim. In fact, on our Shark Cartilage product page we state the following "EarthTurns.com can not endorse the use of shark cartilage for the treatment of cancer. We have provided a link below to the National Cancer Institute which will give a fairly scientific and detailed review of some of the clinical trials performed to determine if shark cartilage can help those with cancer." Q: Are the capsules tested during the manufacturing process?
A: Dee Cee Labs capsules are tested at the beginning of each batch and the beginning of each shift to ensure that they meet USP <2091> requirements for weight conformity. In addition, every 15 minutes during operation, a random sample of ten capsules is checked for weight and length compliance. The capsules have an improved disintegration rate, in fact, capsules disintegrate and release contents within a period of 2 minutes up to a maximum of 10 minutes. Capsules are recognized as having superior disintegration properties compared to tablets.
