I feel that this product cleaned out my body well. I was surprised that it also helped my seasonal allergies. Last year my husband paid big bucks to have a chealation done by a doctor. He had no allergies that year while mine were bad. This year, I am using this product (paid less than $40), and I have no allergies and his are bad. I will be ordering another one for him to use. This is a great product.
