Although I am not a baby, I use this product on my athletes foot and it seems to be a natural anti-fungal. First time I got the cracks to heal up without antibiotics.

I loooove this balm. We use it for everything.... Baby got a little rashy patch of dry skin on her arms, and we put a dab of this on for a day or so, and it cleared up. Not too thick or thin, just right, smells amazing, works wonders on babys little bum :)
