DaVinci Labs DL-Phenylalanine (DLPA) contains both the amino acid L-phenylalanine and D-phenylalanine. DLPA supports proper endorphine levels, which can be supportive of mood states. Phenylalanine's can inhibit the break down of endorphin hormones, which are naturally produced pain-killers in the body that exert comfort promoting actions. DL-Phenylalanine also supports norepinephrine production. Norepinephrine deficiency is believed to be involved in low mood states.
