I thought perhaps this would be like other topical pain relief creams... not at all! I already have a back injury and if im not careful sometimes flares up. So painful I cant move or even sleep. My husband massaged this onto the site of my pain and within seconds i could feel it working. I slept without any pain for about 5hours. No other medicines just this. It may be pricey...but for that kind of relief how can I resist! Just take care to wash off hands completely, as it gets very cold in sensitive areas.
