Calcium helps in the process of secretion, bile, pancreatic fluid, gastric, intestinal, hormonal and mucous all rely on calcium to move the small droplets through the cells boundaries and cell walls.

I've had a hard time finding a chewable calcium supplement that didn't taste like chalk. I love Cal-O-Bites...

I'm very pleased that the Cal-O-Bites also contain magnesium and vitamin D. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it also came in vanilla.
