I would recommend this for anyone under stress (work, family, holidays) or needing a bit of a pick up on the gloomy and dark winter days. Smells nice and it does work.

After a weekend much improved from my regular level of anxiety, and a full work day able to focus, I do feel these balms have helped me achieve such goals. They smell amazing, moisturize very well, and hopefully in the near future will team up with my mind for ultimate calmness! I don't prefer one over the other, they are equally lovely.

These both smell great, although I must admit of the two the stress soother is my favorite. But both are wonderful.
