What exactly is ALL ONE?

Your Questions Answered

ALL ONE is a pure powder that is made into juice. It provides the nutrients needed by you and me for a full day. This is possible because just one tablespoon of ALL ONE mixed in a glass of juice delivers 50 vitamins, minerals and amino acids - and antioxidants!

I am a healthy person. Can I benefit from ALL ONE?

Yes. ALL ONE is not just for people who are chronically ill or weak. Healthy individuals will benefit from its vitamins, minerals and amino acids, so it is a true supplement in itself.

When is the best time to take ALL ONE?

Take your ALL ONE either in the morning or right after lunch. It will give you that energy boost. It can be taken with or without breakfast. Adding it to a smoothie is one of the best ways to get the most out of its nutrients.

Does the body completely absorb ALL ONE?

Yes! ALL ONE is one of those products that is easily absorbed by the human body for the following reasons:

  1. The amount of vitamins has been determined so that it is proportionate to the amount of amino acids.
  2. Since the minerals are chelated, they are easier on the body and hence don't get rejected.
  3. ALL ONE has no other superfluous ingredients which put pressure on the body. It only has the essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
  4. ALL ONE is first and foremost a food. This is the best way for the body to receive vitamins.

Wouldn't taking pills be easier?

Not really, because pills containing vitamins or minerals contain very little protein. The protein in ALL ONE can be time-released so that the body digests it. Besides, if you take ALL ONE, you need not worry about taking anything else. It's your all-in-one supplement. Other products are usually short of an essential vitamin or mineral, which defeats the purpose of taking a nutritional supplement at all.

Can you explain the calcium to magnesium ratio of 2:1?

Without magnesium, the body has a hard time taking in calcium. The ratio of 2:1 has stirred controversy and there is no official position on the issue. But the manufacturers of ALL ONE took care of this by adding Vitamin D-2 which is another agent that aids in calcium assimilation.

My doctor put me on medication. Can I take ALL ONE?

Please speak to your doctor about ALL ONE before taking it. He may want to know its ingredients.

Why did the company manufacture ALL ONE with more than the usual RDA requirements?

Recommended dietary allowance (RDA) and recommended daily intake (RDI) were established for people who suffer from diseases like scurvy and beriberi. ALL ONE was developed so that it can be used for people who want to optimize their health and not just to fulfill the minimum amounts for health.

I noticed that my urine changed color after I drank ALL ONE.

That's because of the B vitamins in ALL ONE. Your body does not need all the food and drink you ingest so whatever is excess is expelled through the urine.

Can vegetarians take ALL ONE?

Yes.

Is ALL ONE organic?

ALL ONE's Green Phyto Base has the Kamut blend and is certified organic. As for the Active Senior and Original Formulas, the dairy protein component comes from New Zealand cows that are grass-fed, while the Fruit Antioxidant Formula is from berries that have not been treated with pesticides. Since the berries grow in the wild, they cannot be certified as organic. All vitamins and minerals are all USP or pharmaceutical grade. In the United States, dietary supplements fall under the "food" category and therefore are subject to food laws.

I'm pregnant. Is it safe for me to take ALL ONE?

Definitely. However, we strongly advise you to show ALL ONE to your doctor. The belief is that pregnant women need double doses of dietary supplements because they are also feeding another human being. With ALL ONE, there is no need to take a double dose, as a single dose will provide all the nutrients needed by women who are with child. It is entirely up to the person and her doctor to decide if a double dose is desired. Many nurses, obstetricians and midwives recommend ALL ONE to pregnant women.

I take an anticoagulant drug. Would that interfere with ALL ONE's vitamin K?

ALL ONE contains 5 micrograms of vitamin K. Green leafy vegetables, certain legumes and vegetable oils are sources of vitamin K. For men aged 25 and older, the RDA for vitamin K daily is 80 micrograms; for women aged 25 and older, the RDA is 65 micrograms per day.

Anticoagulant drugs like warfarin and heparin are taken by seniors. Another common anticoagulant drug is Coumadin. Coumadin is normally prescribed to prevent blood clots; it thins out the blood so that it can pass more easily through narrowed blood vessels. Coumadin's effectiveness depends on how much vitamin K you take. For example, if you eat foods that are rich sources of vitamin K, you can decrease your intake of Coumadin. The reverse is also true: Coumadin's effect will be stronger if you decrease your vitamin K intake.

What's important is you eat balanced meals everyday and the amount of vitamin K you take does not change from day to day.
